I started Vincent De Lima Fitness 5 years ago in London UK; changing peoples lives in ways I couldn’t ever imagine. I hear stories all the time about how our workouts help, not only physically but emotionally and mentally as well. I’m super excited to share my passion for dance and fitness with you.

In a typical class with us you will see all types of people working hard, sweating and having a blast. Just imagine a mini rave three times a week, but in a fitness environment! You’ll quickly see that its not about you getting the routine perfect on the first try, the idea is to get moving and excited about working out and most importantly, having FUN!
