Its our policy that you can ask as many questions as you need to and take classes at your own pace. There is no pressure or judgement.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE EQUIPMENT?

You will need to bring your own Yoga or exercise mat for some of the classes. This is highlighted on the class description. Please check the class prerequisites for full information.
